📋 1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and vk223 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing all aspects of your access to and use of the vk223 website, mobile interface, game library, sportsbook, payment services, and any other features or services provided by vk223. By creating an account on vk223 or by using any part of the vk223 platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms are governed by applicable law and are intended to protect both the Player and the integrity of the vk223 platform. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the vk223 platform and close your account.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document published on vk223, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

🔞 2. Eligibility & Age Verification

The vk223 platform is strictly for use by adults aged 18 years and above. By registering an account, you warrant that you are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. vk223 takes its age verification obligations seriously and employs a range of identity verification measures to prevent underage gambling.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible to register and maintain an active vk223 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are a resident of or physically located in Bangladesh or another jurisdiction where use of online casino and sports betting platforms is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are registering as an individual acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from the vk223 platform or had a vk223 account closed for breach of these Terms.

Age Verification Process

Withdrawals will not be processed until identity verification is complete. vk223 aims to complete standard verification reviews within 24–48 hours of receiving all required documents. Players will be notified via email once their verification status has been updated.

To access the full range of vk223 services — including placing bets, playing casino games, and making deposits or withdrawals — you must register a vk223 account. Registration is free and open to all eligible players in Bangladesh. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full name, date of birth, email address, and mobile phone number.

One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one vk223 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name, under aliases, or by using another person's identity — is strictly prohibited. If vk223 identifies that a player holds more than one account, all associated accounts will be permanently suspended, all balances will be forfeited, and any pending withdrawals will be cancelled without appeal.

Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your vk223 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. vk223 will never contact you to request your password. Any activity that occurs on your account while you are logged in — whether carried out by you or by a third party who has gained access to your credentials — is your sole responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact vk223 support immediately.

Account Currency

All vk223 accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). All deposits, game stakes, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed and displayed in BDT unless explicitly stated otherwise. vk223 does not currently support multi-currency accounts.

💳 4. Deposits & Withdrawals

vk223 supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods designed to serve players across Bangladesh. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). vk223 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which vk223 accepts no responsibility.

Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit: ৳200
• bKash and Nagad deposits are credited to your vk223 balance within seconds of transaction confirmation.
• Bank transfer deposits may take 1–3 business hours to reflect during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) operating hours.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• vk223 reserves the right to return deposits that cannot be matched to a verified player identity.

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are processed within 15 minutes during BST operating hours.
• Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business days.
• Withdrawals will only be paid to a payment account registered in the same name as the verified vk223 account holder.
• Identity verification must be fully completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• vk223 reserves the right to carry out additional anti-money-laundering (AML) checks prior to approving any withdrawal request.

Anti-Money Laundering Policy

vk223 maintains a strict anti-money laundering (AML) policy in accordance with responsible financial practice. vk223 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any transaction or player account that triggers an AML alert. Players may be required to provide source-of-funds documentation before a withdrawal is approved. Depositing funds with the intent of withdrawing them without meaningful gameplay activity is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure.

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

General Bonus Terms

• All bonuses are credited in BDT to your vk223 bonus balance unless stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are separate from your real-money balance. Real-money funds are used first unless otherwise specified in the offer terms.
• Each bonus offer is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• vk223 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts or the provision of false information, will be forfeited and the account closed.

Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds issued by vk223 are subject to a wagering requirement — a multiplier that specifies how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, depending on the offer) must be wagered before any winnings derived from bonus play can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each offer is clearly stated in the individual offer terms at the time of the promotion.

Bonus Expiry

All bonuses issued by vk223 carry an expiry period, clearly stated in the individual offer terms. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that have not been withdrawn or that have not met the applicable wagering requirement within the stated expiry period will be automatically removed from the player's balance without compensation.

Sports Betting & Cricket

📜 7. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on vk223, you agree to use the platform solely for its intended purpose — lawful entertainment in the form of online casino gaming and sports betting — and to conduct yourself in a manner that is fair, respectful, and consistent with these Terms at all times.

You Agree To

• Provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date personal information at registration and upon any subsequent verification request.
• Use only payment methods that are registered in your own name.
• Keep your account credentials confidential and notify vk223 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
• Comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction when accessing and using the vk223 platform.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the vk223 platform and will result in immediate account suspension:

• Registering more than one vk223 account in any name or under any identity.

• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute any deposit transaction after it has been used in gameplay.

🔐 8. Account Suspension & Closure

vk223 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and for any reason, including — but not limited to — breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulatory obligation.

Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their vk223 account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting vk223 customer support at [email protected]. Before your account is closed, any remaining real-money balance (net of any outstanding bonus wagering obligations) will be returned to you via your preferred withdrawal method, subject to the standard identity verification requirements.

Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that their gambling is becoming a problem may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. Closure Due to Breach

Where vk223 closes an account due to a confirmed breach of these Terms — including but not limited to fraud, identity misrepresentation, collusion, or bonus abuse — any balance remaining in the account at the time of closure (including both real-money and bonus funds) will be forfeited. vk223 will provide written notification to the player via their registered email address explaining the reason for closure.

Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if it has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. vk223 will notify the account holder at their registered email address prior to applying any inactivity policy. Players are encouraged to log in periodically to keep their account active and to ensure that their contact details remain current.
